As a native of Chattanooga, TN, I started my career out as a Film Loader and worked my way up through the Camera Department as a 2nd AC, then as 1st AC and Camera Operator for many years.
 
After working under Robert Altman and Terry Gilliam as a Camera Assistant, I was inspired to become a Director of Photography.
 
With over 27 years' experience working on Episodic TV Shows (House, M.D., Deadwood, NatGeo, CSI New York Seasons 1 & 2), Feature Films (Alpha Dog, Roadtrip, Drumline, Turner Classic Movies), I'm now working on sets as a Director of Photography for Commercials, Music Videos, Corporate, and Tabletop.
